The ERIK bed is a simple and extremely stable bed frame in the best sense of the word, made of six square steel tubes and two folded steel sheets that are screwed together crosswise at the corners. The steel tube in the middle stiffens the construction of the large bed and allows the use of 2 slatted frames of 80 × 200 cm each. The steel plates on the sides prevent the mattress from slipping. The pragmatic frame is designed for the classic mattress format of 160 × 200 cm.
