WELTEVREE - the Dutch free spirit
WELTEVREE is old Dutch and means something like "place of well-being" or simply "very satisfied". And it is precisely this feeling that the young company aims to convey with its top-quality handcrafted products. In 2007, Floris Schoonderbeek and Dick van Hoff founded their company for individual products and high-quality accessories in Arnhem, the Netherlands. The Dutch brand has since become a specialist in selected materials and products made exclusively in the Netherlands. The basic idea behind WELTEVREE is to make outdoor living special with high-quality products. And this is usually done with a twinkle in the eye, which is quite common in Dutch design. The first product that MAGAZIN enthusiastically added to its range years ago was the WHEELBENCH bench. As a truly active piece of outdoor furniture, it is guaranteed to be ready for any sunny spot thanks to its wheelbarrow wheel. True to the saying "Home is where the oven is", the oven also plays a central role at WELTEVREE as an outdoor kitchen and meeting place for friends and family. It provides cosy warmth outdoors and is also a versatile cooking area. MAGAZIN is particularly impressed by the modernity and creative free spirit of the makers of WELTEVREE, who ironically and shamelessly ignore current design trends to fuel their brand with ideas and products. The young Dutch company combines its unorthodox solutions with traditional craftsmanship and solid materials - this is entirely in keeping with the spirit of MAGAZIN and corresponds to our idea of unique product design.
