Late summer in sight - we're making it nice outside again, bringing colors and textures to the summer table and going on another journey in our minds: with Spanish porcelain in yellow, blue and red, coasters from Belgium in neon orange and colorful fairy lights with Dutch roots.
With BENDED, aluminum or steel plates are laser-cut into contour, formed into their basic shape and screwed together at the joints. A simple manipulation that forms an extremely stable yet flexible construction. This special flexibility allows the structure of the furniture to adapt to the surface on which it stands. In short: BENDED furniture will never wobble.
The wide salad bowl looks light thanks to its curved contours and offers enough space to mix its contents. The vessels and tableware from the REDE series are inspired by fine porcelain from Japanese culture on the one hand and the structure of fishing nets on the other.
This large, voluminous vase made of fine porcelain is painted by hand. The simple, graphic pattern in cobalt blue enhances the effect of the unusual shape, which is reminiscent of a contemporary, abstract amphora.
