General Information
Sofa, storage, workspace - WOOD organizes classic upholstered furniture into a self-sufficient space, a micro-architecture. The idea of placing separate upholstered elements as seat and backrest in a wooden frame is a familiar one. What is new, however, is this type of design of the space-defining wooden frame, which on the one hand accommodates the upholstery in various positions and on the other offers storage areas of different widths for work and everyday life. A laptop, lamp and wine glass naturally find their place on the sofa. And so WOOD creates space for sitting and relaxing, working and reading and even sleeping. Because when the back cushion is removed, the result is a lying surface of 109 x 200 cm. We offer WOOD in the standard version in a hard-wearing upholstery cover, in a light grey and a two-tone orange/yellow colour combination. Max. Load weight: 240 kg.
