Union vase

Geometric contrasts: fluted and smooth, cylindrical and tapered. Vase UNION combines different surfaces and shapes in a single mouth-blowing process to create a formally pure glass vessel. The lower part of the vase is first blown into a fluted metal mold before the upper part is formed by melting. The lower section holds the water, while the wide collar ensures that bouquets and branches can fan out and fall loosely into shape. The small version is also ideal for pretzel sticks and grissini. And when fitted with a pillar candle, UNION becomes a lantern - the light of the flame is then refracted by the ribbed surface. Mouth-blown in Poland.
