HAY is a Danish furniture manufacturer. Founder Rolf Hay, who gave the company the name, is still at the helm. Hay’s mission: to make Denmark a country for fresh design. In his opinion, the current prototypes of young designers can build on the great tradition of the 1950s and 1960s. They are open to the latest production methods and new materials that bring novel properties to the table – and, finally, develop a distinctive design language.

In the meantime, Rolf Hay has a considerable number of chairs, tables and upholstered furniture in his range. The designs come from young Scandinavians as well as already internationally renowned designers. No more than a few years on the market, HAY is already playing in the international league of the established. By now, there is hardly any furniture fair without a Hay representation.
