With the SWING swing, every tree and lamppost can be transformed into a playground for children and adults alike. The original play utensil from the Dutch design label WELTEVREE® is a mobile swing that can be attached to all kinds of round posts or tree trunks. Design your own backyard adventure playground, create a spontaneous play area in the city center or earn amazed looks from hiking groups out in nature! The vertical pole to which the steel metal construction of SWING is attached using the tensioning straps supplied must have a circumference of at least 94 cm and a maximum of 204 cm. The lower edge of the frame should be mounted at least 2 m above the ground. And, of course, the swing area should be free of obstacles. Once these simple requirements have been met, nothing stands in the way of spontaneous swinging. SWING is easy to install and quick to remove. The maximum weight capacity of the swing is 100 kg.

Floris Schoonderbeek and Dick van Hoff founded the label WELTEVREE® in 2007 in Arnhem, the Netherlands. The two designers transfer original and, at the same time, wonderfully simple ideas into excellent craftsmanship. They cooperate closely with experienced producers and suppliers and have authentic products created in their workshops that show one thing outright: Their design derives directly from life – not from an image on a computer screen. The functionality of WELTEVREE®’s products is evident at first sight. One doesn’t need to be a design expert to imagine how nice it is to cook outdoors, relax in a wood-heated bath anywhere or roll a bench effortlessly from one place to another. WELTEVREE® is modern and innovative, yet at the same time ironic and totally unimpressed by current design trends. The label combines unorthodox design solutions with traditional craftsmanship and solid materials. The manufacturers understand functionality and quality as the basis for feeling comfortable, after all. Besides, the old Dutch word “weltevree”, indeed, means “very satisfied”.
