Organizer: The prize draw is organized by MAGAZIN® Versandhandelsgesellschaft mbH, Lautenschlagerstraße 16, 70173 Stuttgart. Eligibility to participate: All natural persons aged 18 and over who visit the MAGAZIN store in Cologne from December 11, 2025 to January 31, 2026 and are resident in Germany or Austria are eligible to participate. Employees of MAGAZIN and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation: Participation in the competition takes place by filling out an entry form in the store. It is necessary to provide an e-mail address and to subscribe to the MAGAZIN newsletter. In addition, participants must provide their address details and agree that their personal data may be used for future postal advertising by MAGAZIN® Versandhandelsgesellschaft mbH. Participants must also indicate on the form which of the ten prizes (bag, stool, shelf, bathrobe, poster, coffee machine, Container DS, lambswool blanket, candlestick or battery lamp) they would like to win.

Determination of winners: The winners will be selected at random from all eligible participants within two weeks and then informed of the prize in writing (by e-mail or post). Apart from the e-mail address and the address data required for advertising purposes, all other data will be deleted after the end of the competition. Legal recourse: Legal recourse is excluded. Premature termination: MAGAZIN reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the competition prematurely for good cause without prior notice. Termination for good cause may occur in particular if the proper execution of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.
