General Information
Sofa, storage, workspace - WOOD organizes the classic upholstered furniture into a self-sufficient space, micro-architecture. The idea of placing separate upholstered elements, conceived as seat and backrest, in a wooden frame is well known. What is new, however, is this way of designing the space-defining wooden frame, which, on the one hand, accommodates the upholstery in various positions and, on the other, offers storage areas of varying widths for work and everyday life. Laptop, lamp, wine glass of course find their place on the sofa. And so WOOD creates space for sitting and relaxing, working and reading, and even sleeping. Because when the back cushion is removed, the result is a reclining surface of 109 x 200 cm. We offer WOOD in the standard version in a durable upholstery cover, in a light gray and a two-tone orange/yellow color combination.
