The straightforward processing of wet concrete that makes possible the economical manufacture of products has now convinced even the sceptics. This durable material, basically a machinemade stone, will be increasingly seen in the production of larger and smaller articles of daily use, for instance in the kitchen or bath. Our poured concrete soap dish fulfils all the relevant criteria: the drainage hole in the middle allows for the runoff of soapy water and the cork feet keep moisture from collecting under the dish.
An observation:
concrete is a natural material. Like wood it will change in time and depending on use, may develop a patina.
