General Information
The round high version from the SLIT side table series by HAY. The 10 mm thick frame made of CNC-milled molded plywood forms the eponymous base frame like a folded piece of cardboard. The design of SLIT is inspired by the traditional Japanese art of origami paper folding. The small, appealing piece of furniture is made from FSC-certified wood in Europe. The table's lacquer is water-based and therefore low in harmful substances. There are glides on the underside of the frame to protect sensitive floors.
