Profitec Go

As a so-called single-circuit machine, the "Go" from the Neckargemünden-based company Profitec can do one thing above all else: brew a very good espresso. From the copper heating to the ring brew group - incidentally the same as in the "Pro 300" from Profitec and in the espresso machines from sister company ECM - everything about this compact, easy-to-use entry-level machine is designed to do just that. The brass boiler with a volume of 0.4 liters is set to the perfect brewing temperature at the factory and the brewing pressure can be individually adjusted as required using the easily accessible expansion valve. The easy-to-read digital display shows the espresso brewing time to the second. If you want to serve your guests (or yourself) a cappuccino, just click on the PID temperature control to increase the water temperature for steam extraction to froth the milk. Incidentally, the "Go" does not need longer than 5-7 minutes to reach operating temperature. That's quick for an espresso machine. Another plus from an energy-saving point of view: in ECO mode, you can set the number of minutes after which the machine's heating should automatically switch off when not in use.
