The shape and body thickness of the porcelain influence the taste experience: different diameters and volumes, a particularly thin mouth rim, optimum temperature retention properties and crema protection created by the soft flow of the inner contours. A ribbed structure in the handle area, which runs around the linear and reduced shape, makes handling easier and creates an attractive surface structure.
