When the power strip becomes a lamp: NOMAD LAMP 01 builds on the well thought-out concept of the NOMAD power strip and turns it - or any other type F socket if desired - into a fully-fledged table lamp. The beautifully designed and handcrafted strip forms the base of the luminaire and also provides the necessary power for other electronic devices.

The light itself - also finely crafted from aluminum - is switched on with a light touch and dimmed continuously with another touch. Cleverly made: NOMAD LAMP 01 remembers the last brightness level selected and switches it on again in exactly the same way the next time it is touched. The plate-shaped shade directs the light downwards and creates a well-lit cone of light which, when set to bright, provides working and reading light and, when dimmed, atmospheric lighting.

The luminaire is designed to last a lifetime and is constructed in such a way that all components are accessible, repairable and replaceable. And if it does need to be disposed of, all components can be separated and recycled individually.
