In the Black Forest, the 18-voice mechanical musical movement is set in solid oak wood, turned and open-pore coated with satin varnish. Chopin's romantic masterpiece "Nocturne Opus 9" resounds from within the perfect wooden sphere.
Melodious Music out of the Box.
The Berlin product designers Jörg Adam and Dominik Harborth created the outline of these musical boxes. A turnery in the Black Forest produces the wooden cases and gives each case a finish by manual sanding and polishing, waxing or oiling. In each of the small precious objects performs an eighteen-voice mechanical musical movement diligently its service.
