The mirror is made of multiplex with an ash veneer. Its layers of wood glued together in opposite directions make the wood-based material extremely dimensionally stable and ideal for combining with mirror glass. The high-quality ash veneer has a characteristic and lively grain that is particularly suitable for colored lacquering.
