The competition is organized by MAGAZIN® Versandhandelsgesellschaft mbH, Lautenschlagerstraße 16, 70173 Stuttgart. All natural persons aged 18 and over who visit the Stuttgart 2026 marketplace and are resident in Germany or Austria are eligible to participate. Employees of MAGAZIN and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation in the competition takes place by filling out an entry form in the MAGAZIN® Versandhandelsgesellschaft mbH store. It is necessary to provide an e-mail address and to subscribe to our newsletter. In addition, participants must provide their address details and agree that their personal data may be used for future postal advertising by MAGAZIN® Versandhandelsgesellschaft mbH. Participants can only take part in the competition once. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash. The winner will be selected at random from all entries received within two weeks and will then be informed of the prize in writing. Participants agree that their personal data may be stored and used for the purposes of the competition and for future postal advertising. Apart from the e-mail address and the address data required for advertising purposes, all other data will be deleted after the end of the competition. MAGAZIN is not liable for damages caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, technical failures, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way during participation in the competition, unless these damages were caused intentionally or through gross negligence by MAGAZIN (or its vicarious agents). Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. MAGAZIN reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the competition prematurely without prior notice for good cause. A termination for good cause may occur in particular if the proper execution of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.
