There is nothing like fresh homemade pasta. Admittedly, the dough made of durum wheat, water and salt (occasionally with eggs and a small amount of olive oil) tends to evolve into a sticky issue. This Italian noodle machine takes care of a fast processing of the dough. The Italian manufacturer of the machine has gained expert knowledge in producing tools and utensils for delicatessen shops and gastronomy for more than 70 years.
Tip:
Do not clean the noodle machine with running water or immerse it in a sink; a simple wipe is all that is needed.

With kneading and rolling rollers adjustable in six different thicknesses. The machine processes whole sheets of dough in a width of 140 mm for lasagne, cannelloni, ravioli and other filled pasta. Comes with a duplex attachment for ribbon noodles in widths of 6.5 mm for fettuccine and 2 mm for tagliatelle.
Housing made of chromed sheet steel, rollers made of stainless steel, handle made of beechwood. Comes with a table clamp with a span width from 0.5 to 4.7 cm.
