Hadarit lever citrus juicer

Some years ago, a customer of ours made a witty remark about the Hadarit: He found that similarities between the citrus press from Israel and a drill press stand could not be ruled out. The observation is hardly surprising since the juicer’s role model actually comes from the workshop context. The Hadarit readily takes on oranges and grapefruit. What’s more, it can even handle pomegranates. The Street vendors of Tel Aviv – and other Israeli cities – have it in constant use: more or less around the clock. The robust toggle mechanism with the non-slip silicone handle works without any slackness. Plus, you can generate a high pressing force with little effort due to its optimum power transmission. The staunchly built frame is made of cast iron; solely the parts that come into contact with fruit pulp and juice are an exemption: They are made of polyamide. You can remove the pressing cone for cleaning; the cone is dishwasher-safe.
