Guidelight universal light

GUIDELIGHT is either a small spotlight or atmospheric all-round light, because depending on how the spherical luminaire head is turned, it casts a focused, direct light or illuminates the elegant luminaire body. The warm white LEDs are powered by an integrated rechargeable battery, making the compact luminaire suitable for use anywhere - it can be easily transported on the metal bracket or hung from a branch or hook. The light can be dimmed continuously using the rotary knob on the side of the light head. The USB-C connection for the charging cable (not included) is located on the opposite side. Fully charged and at maximum light intensity, GUIDELIGHT provides light for up to 5 hours; at lower light intensity, the battery lasts up to 100 hours. GUIDELIGHT is splash-proof and therefore suitable for outdoor use, but should remain indoors during heavy rainfall. Luminous flux: 190 lm, color temperature: 2,700-2,900 K, rated power: 3 W. Protection class IP42. The luminaire contains LED lamps.

Floris Schoonderbeek and Dick van Hoff founded the label WELTEVREE® in 2007 in Arnhem, the Netherlands. The two designers transfer original and, at the same time, wonderfully simple ideas into excellent craftsmanship. They cooperate closely with experienced producers and suppliers and have authentic products created in their workshops that show one thing outright: Their design derives directly from life – not from an image on a computer screen. The functionality of WELTEVREE®’s products is evident at first sight. One doesn’t need to be a design expert to imagine how nice it is to cook outdoors, relax in a wood-heated bath anywhere or roll a bench effortlessly from one place to another. WELTEVREE® is modern and innovative, yet at the same time ironic and totally unimpressed by current design trends. The label combines unorthodox design solutions with traditional craftsmanship and solid materials. The manufacturers understand functionality and quality as the basis for feeling comfortable, after all. Besides, the old Dutch word “weltevree”, indeed, means “very satisfied”.
