Growing set Microgreens

The so-called microgreens have long been appreciated for their health value, but in the spicy sprouts of cress, radishes, broccoli and Co vitamins, minerals and enzymes even in higher concentration than in the full-grown vegetables. Crisp freshly harvested, the sprouts enrich warm dishes, salad and buttered bread and thus bring color to the plate at any time of year.

With this set, you can easily pull the healthy greens yourself. It consists of two parts: a compact porcelain bowl serving as a water container and a stainless steel strainer insert. The porcelain is produced by Seltmann Weiden, porcelain manufacturer in the Upper Palatinate since 1910, and the stainless steel insert is also still made in Germany.
To start, two seed pads made of natural fiber material in the appropriate format are included, which are placed on the insert. It will only take a few days until the first microgreens sprout. So if you want to harvest very fresh, this grow kit is best left on the dining table - it's nice enough for that.
