1. General questions
We see it as our job to explore the sheer endless range of products on the market. We take a close look, we pre-select and create a clear and reliable selection - fishing rods instead of trawls, so to speak. We introduce you to products with a high utility value, of the best quality, high-quality workmanship, made from proven or innovative materials. In doing so, we like to deal with people whose attitude we know in the production of these products. We move away from short-lived fashions, because what we find outside the well-trodden shopping paths should accompany its users for many years.
Many items are only available at MAGAZIN and we develop and produce a large number of products ourselves in collaboration with designers and manufacturers - you can recognize them at M-Produkt.
Most of our products - including furniture - are in stock, which ensures fast delivery of your online order. There is also a special feature for shipping items: Depending on the shipping company used to send the goods, delivery is free to the point of use, i.e. to the place of use specified by you! There are no additional costs for you. You can purchase all products available in the store via the MAGAZIN stores. If these are not in stock, the desired products will be ordered for you. In addition to the online range, you will also find a selection of other products from well-known manufacturers in the MAGAZIN stores.
MAGAZIN-Our products are our own products, because there's no such thing as impossible, we think. That's why we make things ourselves that are not available the way we would like them to be. Or we make things that do exist better. As a rule, we take the designs of product designers, develop them to series maturity with them and have them produced in a network of mostly small companies that we know. This results in products with high utility value, top quality, high-quality workmanship, made from tried-and-tested or innovative materials.

2. Customer account & orders
You have three options for ordering from MAGAZIN:

- via our MAGAZIN stores in Stuttgart, Bonn and Munich
Simply register by clicking on the person symbol at the top right of the store, right next to the search field. After clicking on the symbol, you will be taken to the "Log in" and "I'm new here" selection areas. Under the latter, enter the e-mail address you wish to register with, click on "Register" and follow the next steps.
Yes, you must register once. A guest order without registration is currently not possible.

CENTRAL ORGANIZATION OF YOUR DATA
In your customer account, you always have an overview of all your personal information and can manage it centrally. This includes all the details you need for your order at MAGAZIN, as well as your access data, which you use to log in to MAGAZIN.
Yes, if you wish to place your order directly via www.magazin.com, you must create a MAGAZIN account.
If you have forgotten your password for your customer account, please go to the login page. There, under "Log in", you have the option of clicking on "Forgot password". You will then be asked to enter your e-mail address so that you can receive a new password. Open the corresponding e-mail and log back into your customer account using the password provided. Please change this back to a personal password of your choice under the "Change password" setting.
To do this, log in to your customer account. On the overview page, you have the option of changing your billing address, e-mail address and password. If you would like to enter a new delivery address, you have the opportunity to do so during the ordering process under "Data & address". Simply select the items "Delivery to different delivery address (if the different address has already been entered) or "New different address" and click on "Apply" or enter your desired data first.

On your wish list, symbolized by the heart icon next to the search field, you can easily bookmark products that you like while browsing the online store. Simply click on the "Bookmark" field on the product detail page. Your wish list will be saved for as long as the cookies are active. As soon as you log in with your customer account or register at MAGAZIN, this list is linked to your user account and you can access your saved wish list at any time when you are logged in. This means that you can also access your saved favorites at a later date and simply move them to your shopping cart and order them.
You can share your wish list with others by creating a link to a “shared wish list.” To do this, click the “Share wish list with others” button in the open wish list. This will create a new shared wish list containing the items from your wish list at the time of sharing, along with a corresponding link. A dialog box will open where you can copy the link. Depending on your browser, you may also choose an app to share the link.
Please note:
The shared wish list cannot be changed by you after sending it to the recipients, nor can it be revoked before the link’s expiration date. From the moment the link is created, the wish list remains active for a period of 6 months and will then be deleted.
Changes to your personal wish list are not transmitted to the recipients of the shared wish list. If an item from the shared wish list is purchased, no notification will be sent to you or the recipients. A purchased item will not be removed from the shared wish list or your personal wish list.
The shared wish list shows the status at the time the wish list was shared by the sender. Changes by you, the sender or other recipients are not possible. You can add items from the wish list to your shopping cart and order them.
If you want to add an item from the shared wish list to your personal wish list, you must first add the item to your shopping basket and move it from there to the wish list.
Please note:
The link and the shared wish list are valid for 6 months from the time the link to the shared wish list is created. After this period, the shared watch list will be deleted and can no longer be accessed by you.
The shipping costs are displayed individually in the shopping cart as soon as you have registered on magazin.com and created a customer account.
Within Germany, we deliver orders over € 100.00 free of charge. The flat-rate shipping fee for orders under € 100.00 is € 4.90. For items that cannot be sent as a standard parcel due to their dimensions (bulky goods), the transport service providers charge a service surcharge, which we pass on. The bulky goods surcharge is due in the amount of € 14 as soon as at least one bulky goods item is included in the order. If all items with a bulky goods surcharge are returned, we will refund the surcharge.

3. gift vouchers and promotional vouchers
You can order the MAGAZIN gift voucher as a gift card here, buy it in our MAGAZIN stores in Stuttgart, Bonn and Munich or contact our Customer Service on +49 32 213222950 or by fax on +49 711 945606001 or by e-mail to info@magazin.com.
If you want it to go particularly quickly, you have the option of purchasing a PDF voucher to print out here. You determine the value yourself. Amounts from € 10.00 to € 500.00 are possible.
Both the gift card and the PDF voucher can be redeemed in the MAGAZIN stores, in the online store www.magazin.com and by calling our Customer Service on +49 32 213222950. Gift vouchers can also be redeemed in Manufactum department stores, at Manufactum brot&butter or at www.manufactum.de.
The validity of a gift card or PDF voucher is unlimited.
Yes, partial payments are also possible, both with a merchandise voucher and a promotional voucher.
The current value of your voucher can be checked in the MAGAZIN stores and Manufactum department stores, in your shopping cart and by calling our Customer Service at +49 32 213222950.
There is no minimum order value to be able to redeem vouchers. Promotional vouchers can generally be redeemed from a minimum order value of € 50.
If you have received a promotional voucher, for example after subscribing to our newsletter, please note the validity period and any minimum order value specified. Promotional vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions and cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. Cash payment and refunds on purchases already made are not possible.
4. payment
You can pay by invoice, Paypal, SEPA direct debit, credit card or prepayment.
We generally deliver orders over € 250.00 to new customers after prepayment. However, we reserve the right to request advance payment in other cases as well. In individual cases, we reserve the right to deliver the goods only after a down payment. We will agree this with you after receipt of the order.
Payment is due 14 days after receipt of the goods, except for credit card, prepayment and PayPal.
From abroad you can pay by credit card (Visa/MasterCard) or by prepayment.
As soon as we have received your payment, we will deliver your order. There are no additional charges for payments from foreign banks within the EU if you state the IBAN and SWIFT code for our bank account details below on the bank transfer. Without these codes, your payments will only be credited to us after a deduction of € 7.00, which we will have to charge you additionally if you do not transfer from a German bank.

Yes, please log in to your customer account. Under "Orders", please click on "Show orders". Then open the desired order and you will find your invoice as a PDF for download.
5. delivery
Depending on the type of goods ordered, they will be shipped by parcel service or forwarding agent. You cannot choose the shipping method yourself. Your desired product will be delivered free kerbside, for more detailed information please contact our Customer Service on +49 32 213222950 or send an e-mail to: info@magazin.com.
Items that can be sent by post are delivered by a parcel service provider, while shipping items are delivered by a specialized shipping company. Some orders in the stores are also delivered using our own vehicles and staff.
You can have your order sent to the billing address or a different delivery address.
We will inform you about the status of your order by e-mail. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you can track it using the link sent in the email and you can also view it in your online customer account under "Your orders".

Your order will be shipped with DHL GoGreen CO₂-compensated shipping at no additional cost to you. The emissions generated by shipping are offset by investments in global climate protection projects.
Of course, this is possible without any problems. You will find a corresponding selection option in your customer account under the "Data & address" order step.

The forwarding agent will usually contact you by telephone to arrange a suitable date with you.
6. exchange/refund
Please contact our Customer Service immediately (telephone number: +49 32 213222950, e-mail info@magazin.com to arrange a replacement delivery and use the return label to send back the damaged goods.
Please use the return label enclosed with the package. Of course, there are no costs for you.
You can call this up again as a PDF in your customer account under "Your orders" and print it out. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Service on +49 32 213222950 or by e-mail to info@magazin.com to arrange for a new return label to be sent. Please also have your order number ready.
Unfortunately, this is currently not possible. Please use the return label for returns.
For all defects in the purchased item occurring during the statutory warranty period, the statutory claims for subsequent performance, rectification of defects/new delivery and - if the statutory requirements are met - the further claims for reduction or withdrawal as well as compensation for damages, including compensation for damages instead of performance and reimbursement of your futile expenses, shall apply at your discretion. Our manufacturers guarantee the reliability of their products. The exact warranty conditions can be found in the descriptions in the catalog or in the operating instructions. If we also grant you a seller's guarantee, the details are set out in the guarantee conditions enclosed with the item supplied. Warranty claims are without prejudice to statutory claims/rights.
