Cotton blanket structural fabric

Blankets made of cotton are very well tolerated due to their skin-friendly properties. Cotton is breathable, soft and does not scratch, which is why it feels pleasant even when in direct contact with the skin. Wool-sensitive people therefore particularly appreciate cotton blankets. This blanket is also airy against the skin, as its textured surface creates small chambers. Thanks to its large size of 150 × 210 cm, it is not just a warming alternative on the sofa or for cool evenings on the patio. In summer, it can also be used as a light comforter. The cotton scores points here with its ability to absorb a lot of moisture. The blanket is also hard-wearing and easy to care for and can therefore withstand frequent washing at up to 60 °C. Its neatly bound edges ensure that the cotton blanket retains its shape and shape.

The cotton blanket is manufactured by Cradle Studio, a young Stuttgart-based label. When processing the cotton, founder Rebecca Zervas can rely on the many years of experience of her family, in whose weaving mill in Romania the textiles are woven and finished by hand. The cotton used is fair-trade cotton that complies with the Oekotex Standard 100. The electricity for production comes from solar energy and plastic-free packaging is used.
