We see it as our job to explore the sheer endless range of products on the market. We take a close look, we pre-select and create a clear and reliable selection - fishing rods instead of trawls, so to speak. We introduce you to products with a high utility value, of the best quality, high-quality workmanship, made from proven or innovative materials. In doing so, we like to deal with people whose attitude we know in the production of these products. We move away from short-lived fashions, because what we find outside the well-trodden shopping paths should accompany its users for many years.
Many items are only available at MAGAZIN and we develop and produce a large number of products ourselves in collaboration with designers and manufacturers - you can recognise them by the M-Produkt. Most of our products - including furniture - are in stock, which ensures fast delivery of your online order. There is also a special feature for shipping items: Depending on the shipping company used to send the goods, delivery is free to the point of use, i.e. to the place of use specified by you! There are no additional costs for you.

After clicking on the symbol, you will be taken to the "Log in" and "I'm new here" selection areas. Yes, you must register once. A guest order without registration is currently not possible.

CENTRAL ORGANIZATION OF YOUR DATA
In your customer account, you always have an overview of all your personal information and can manage it centrally. This includes all the details you need for your order at MAGAZIN, as well as your access data, which you use to log in to MAGAZIN.
Yes, if you wish to place your order directly via www.magazin.com, you must create a MAGAZIN account.
If you have forgotten your password for your customer account, please go to the login page. There, under "Log in", you have the option of clicking on "Forgot password". You will then be asked to enter your e-mail address so that you can receive a new password. Open the corresponding e-mail and log back into your customer account using the password provided. Please change this back to a personal password of your choice under the "Change password" setting.
To do this, log in to your customer account. On the overview page, you have the option of changing your billing address, e-mail address and password. If you would like to enter a new delivery address, you have the opportunity to do so during the ordering process under "Data & address". Simply select the items "Delivery to different delivery address (if the different address has already been entered) or "New different address" and click on "Apply" or enter your desired data first.

On your watch list, symbolized by the heart icon next to the search field, you can easily bookmark products that you like while browsing the online store. Simply click on the "Bookmark" field on the product detail page. Your watch list will be saved for as long as the cookies are active. As soon as you log in with your customer account or register at MAGAZIN, this list is linked to your user account and you can access your saved watch list at any time when you are logged in. This means that you can also access your saved favorites at a later date and simply move them to your shopping cart and order them.
Within Germany, we deliver orders over € 100.00 free of charge. The flat-rate shipping fee for orders under € 100.00 is € 4.90. For items that cannot be sent as a standard parcel due to their dimensions (bulky goods), the transport service providers charge a service surcharge, which we pass on. The bulky goods surcharge is due in the amount of € 13.65 as soon as at least one bulky goods item is included in the order. If all items with a bulky goods surcharge are returned, we will refund the surcharge.
The shipping costs are displayed individually in the shopping cart as soon as you have registered on magazin.com and created a customer account.

3. gift vouchers and promotional vouchers
You can order the MAGAZIN gift voucher as a gift card here, buy it in our MAGAZIN stores in Stuttgart, Bonn and Munich or via our customer service by calling +4932213222950 or sending an e-mail to info@magazin.com. If you want it to be particularly quick, you can purchase a PDF voucher to print out here. You determine the value yourself. Amounts from € 10.00 to € 500.00 are possible.
Both the gift card and the PDF voucher can be redeemed in the MAGAZIN stores, in the online store www.magazin.com and by calling our customer service on +4932213222950. Gift vouchers can also be redeemed in Manufactum department stores, at Manufactum brot&butter or at www.manufactum.de.
The validity of a gift card or PDF voucher is unlimited.
Yes, partial payments are also possible, both with a merchandise voucher and a promotional voucher.

There is no minimum order value to be able to redeem vouchers. Promotional vouchers can generally be redeemed from a minimum order value of € 50.
If you have received a promotional voucher, for example after subscribing to our newsletter, please note the validity period and any minimum order value specified. Promotional vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions and cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. Cash payment and refunds on purchases already made are not possible.

You can pay by invoice, Paypal, SEPA direct debit, credit card or cash on delivery (not valid for furniture).
We generally deliver orders over € 250.00 to new customers by cash on delivery or after advance payment. However, we reserve the right to demand advance payment in other cases as well. In individual cases, we reserve the right to deliver the goods only after a down payment has been made. We will agree this with you after receipt of the order.
Payment is due 14 days after receipt of the goods, except for credit card, prepayment and PayPal.
From abroad you can pay by credit card (Visa/MasterCard) or by prepayment. As soon as we have received your payment, we will deliver your order. There are no additional charges for payments from foreign banks within the EU if you state the IBAN and SWIFT code for our bank account details below on the bank transfer. Without these codes, your payments will only be credited to us after a deduction of € 7.00, which we will have to charge you additionally if you do not transfer from a German bank. Depending on the type of goods ordered, they will be sent by parcel service or forwarding agent. You cannot choose the shipping method yourself. Your desired product will be delivered free curbside. Items that can be sent by post are delivered by a parcel service provider, while shipping items are delivered by a specialized shipping company. Some orders in the stores are also delivered using our own vehicles and staff.
You can have your order sent to the billing address or a different delivery address.
We will inform you about the status of your order by e-mail. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you can track it using the link sent in the email and you can also view it in your online customer account under "Your orders".

Please contact our customer service immediately (telephone number: +4932213222950, e-mail info@magazin.com to arrange a replacement delivery and use the return label to send back the damaged goods.
Please use the return label enclosed with the package. Of course, there are no costs for you.
You can call this up again as a PDF in your customer account under "Your orders" and print it out. Alternatively, you can contact the customer service at +4932213222950 or by e-mail to info@magazin.com to arrange for a new return label to be sent. Please also have your order number ready.
Unfortunately, this is currently not possible. Please use the return label for returns.
For all defects in the purchased item occurring during the statutory warranty period, the statutory claims for subsequent performance, rectification of defects/new delivery and - if the statutory requirements are met - the further claims for reduction or withdrawal as well as compensation for damages, including compensation for damages instead of performance and reimbursement of your futile expenses, shall apply at your discretion. Our manufacturers guarantee the reliability of their products. The exact warranty conditions can be found in the descriptions in the catalog or in the operating instructions.
