This fold down clothes rack comes from an old inventory of moulds of a Solingen foundry. It will support many clothes hangers with laundry that is damp or in need of ventilation. By feeding a clothes line through one of the notches or holes of two such racks, a space saving, fold-away clothes line can be set up, for instance over the bath tub.
