Citrus juicer The Juicer

The Juicer delivers freshly squeezed orange juice in no time at all. The choice is yours: would you rather have a full-bodied, fruity juice with a little more pulp, or a refreshingly clear juice that contains less pulp? This electric citrus juicer from Espressions in the Netherlands can do both. Simply press one of the two preselection buttons, load the robust pressing cone made of tasteless stainless steel with half an orange (grapefruit, lemon or pomegranate are also possible) and gently press down the handle: Just like that, the freshness production gets going and the cone rotates either clockwise or counterclockwise around its own axis.

At 1,400 revolutions per minute, the juicer works surprisingly quietly but very powerfully. The fruits are juiced thoroughly. Orange halves that have been squeezed once with the "little pulp" function can also be squeezed a second time (then with the "more pulp" function) to get the last drop of juice out. In this case, a recess at the tip of the pressing cone ensures that none of the bitter white matter that sits under the skin of the fruit gets into the freshly squeezed juice. Once the pressing process is finished, the juice outlet can be locked by sliding it upwards and thus does not drip.

The elegant housing of the citrus juicer is made of die-cast aluminum and treated on the outside with an acid-resistant varnish to prevent corrosion from juice splashes. The attachment with pressing cone, centrifuge and protective ring can be removed in its entirety for cleaning. We recommend rinsing the individual parts under running water (not in the machine!) immediately after use. In this way, the remains of the fruit fibers do not adhere.
