Bricknic casserole

Small casserole made of clay with all the good qualities that a "Roman pot" offers. BRICKNIC is produced in the "Kannenbäckerland", a region in Rhineland-Palatinate and a traditional location for the clay industry and ceramic craftsmanship. When food is prepared in a closed container, nutrients and vitamins are preserved to a particularly high degree. Preparation in the BRICKNIC is extremely simple: the function based on the vapor cooking principle brings the food perfectly "to the point" regardless of different cooking times. This happens in the oven, on the grill and even on an open fire - in any heat source (except induction). To activate the principle, the unglazed upper part of the container is soaked in water for around 15 minutes beforehand. The compact and stackable shape of the container allows it to be stacked in the fireplace! The lower part of the natural-colored BRICKNIC has a natural-colored glazed surface on the inside, which makes it easy to clean - even in the dishwasher. The black-brown BRICKNIC is completely glazed on the outside. BRICKNIC is handmade from natural clay and is free from aluminum, nickel, PTFE and PFOA. It is temperature-resistant up to over 900°.
