BRICKNIC is produced in the "Kannenbäckerland", a region in Rhineland-Palatinate and the traditional site of the clay industry and ceramic crafts. When food is prepared in a closed container, nutrients and vitamins are preserved to a special degree. The preparation in BRICKNIC is very simple: The function according to the vapor cooking principle brings the food perfectly "to the point" regardless of different cooking times. This happens in the oven, on the grill and even in an open fire - in any heat source (except induction). To activate the principle, the unglazed top of the container is soaked in advance for about 15 minutes. The compact and stackable shape of the vessel allows stacking in the fireplace! The bottom part of the natural-colored BRICKNIC has a natural glazed surface inside, which makes it easy to clean - even in the dishwasher. The black-brown BRICKNIC is completely glazed on the outside. BRICKNIC is handmade from natural clay and is free of aluminum, nickel, PTFE and PFOA. It is temperature resistant to over 900 °.
