Both a sculpture and a table lamp. Features a cylindrical aluminum base and a shade made of triplex opal glass. Designed for interiors where an even, atmospheric lighting effect is desired—such as on spacious dining tables, sideboards, or in lounge and commercial areas. Originally developed in a more compact version for the restaurant at the Design Museum London, the design has been expanded here into a larger table lamp with a broader range of applications.

The shade is hand-blown and consists of two clear outer layers and an opal middle layer. This construction ensures an even, diffuse light distribution without harsh shadows or direct glare. Its characteristic dome shape is inspired by the bell-shaped headgear traditionally worn by hotel bellhops in grand hotels.
