Delicate construction and elegant seating machine. Its fixed points: Seat and backrest in the ideal position and the swivel base as a point of contact with the floor. They are connected by an open support structure made of multi-bent flat steel profile, which ensures pleasant, dynamic suspension. The sophisticated composition of geometric steel construction and softly curved surfaces of the backrest and seat offers an unexpectedly high level of seating comfort. Shown here in the non-upholstered version with seat and backrest made of thermoformed and then lacquered plywood. The 360° swivel base is made of die-cast aluminum. What we particularly like: the visible construction and the formal clarity that the finished series product seems to have retained from the prototype stage. The armchair comes in a flat box to minimize transport volume and can be assembled in a few simple steps: Attach the back and seat to the frame with two Allen screws and insert this into the swivel base. max.
