Tableware Series “Platebowlcup”

Jasper Morrison and Naoto Fukasawa curated the exhibition "Super Normal" as a source of ideas, in which the beauty of everyday products were shown in an impressive compilation. Although the exhibition is no longer on view, its content is documented in the book "Super Normal - Sensations of the Ordinary."

Consistent is the mindset that developed from it, namely the modest, clever and economical use of form and material, as implemented in this porcelain series. "Everything you need to set an everyday table beautifully!" was the designer's brief. The fulfillment of this task has succeeded in every way. The pure white porcelain PLATEBOWLCUP convinces formally and qualitatively, it is robust in everyday use and economical in acquisition.
