Table and Bench BTB Legs

Versatile piece of furniture, beautiful bench and slim table: BTB is all in one, because in the blink of an eye its components transform from a bench into a table. How it works? The frame, which can be clicked under the top (not included) with a flick of the wrist, can be used with its short leg as a frame under a bench at the usual seat height and its long leg as a frame for a slim table. Thus, a bench from the BTB elements elegantly fulfills its service as a seat and storage in hallways. A group of two benches and a table functions as a dining area on the balcony. And because of the stackability, robustness and weather resistance of both the tops and the frames, BTB is a proven solution wherever many benches and tables need to be placed - space-saving and easy to handle. If a wider table top is required, the tops can be coupled together on their long sides with the help of tensioning rubbers. BTB is therefore much more than high-quality beer garden furniture.

Michael von Matuschka is the designer of BTB. As an architect in Berlin, he also works on the realization of experimental housing projects. One of the projects is entitled "Mixing Possible" - also a fitting working title for the BTB furniture project. All necessary fittings are mounted under the top upon delivery. We supply attachable feet to the frames to protect more sensitive surfaces.
