A beautiful machine with a technical look: The carriage for the material to be cut, which is inclined at an angle of 25 degrees, makes the CONTURA easier to handle even when working extensively. The machine's chassis and carriage are made of aluminum, and the distinctive red adjustment knob ensures that the cutting thickness can be finely set between extremely fine and a maximum of 23 millimeters. With the large-surface, torsion-free carriage, which can also be unlocked and removed if necessary, there is virtually no limit to the size of the material that can be cut. The large-area covered special serrated blade also supports the optimum cut. We also supply a smooth blade for ham and other soft foods. The knives can be easily replaced via a perfectly designed locking system.
